Biomechanics Evaluation $150

What is it?

Learn where and why your body is not moving optimally and what you can do about it.

In this 90 minute appointment we will pinpoint your body's restrictions and formulate three to five targeted exercises designed to encourage proper mobility.

Who is it for?

The Biomechanics Evaluation is comparable to an airplane's pre-flight check: we inspect all the nuts and bolts of your muscles and joints to make sure they are working properly.

If you want to feel confident that your body is ready for the challenges you throw at it this is the best place to start.


The 8-week intensive $800

What is it?

A limited time commitment to work on a specific goal.

We meet once a week for 60 minutes to work one-on-one in a private setting. You define what you'd like to focus on and we will formulate an 8 week plan that will support your goal.

Who is it for?

Want to learn to work out but feel intimated by a big box gym?

Or maybe you want to address a nagging issue that started years ago and has become worse over the years.

Or you have completed physical therapy after an injury but aren't quite feeling back to 100% and would like more guidance to ease back into high performance workouts.

Whatever your goal is we will make a plan that gets you on your way in 8 weeks.

Ongoing commitments

Personal training starting at $85 for 60min and $45 for 30min

10% monthly credit towards your next month of training

15% monthly credit if you spend $400 or more that month

What is it?

We work one-on-one for an agreed upon number of sessions per week.

During this time you will have the whole gym to yourself every time you come for a workout.

Who is it for?

Working one-on-one with a personal fitness trainer at Tensegrity Fitness is ideal for clients who:

  • are concerned about privacy
  • or want to make the most out of their limited time at the gym
  • or have a medical condition that requires focused attention and precision when working out

Quarterly support $300

What is it?

This is a 3 month independent workout program for clients who have completed the Biomechanics Evaluation or are transitioning to self-guided workouts after one-on-one work.

You receive weekly email support to monitor your progress. Once a month we meet in person to modify exercises as necessary and focus on any problems that have come up in your independent work.

Who is it for?

If you like working out on your own but are looking for some guidance and accountability this is the perfect program for you. You will have personal access to me via email and once a month we'll meet in person to discuss any changes to be made or concerns to be addressed.
