What if I told you that exercises are actually infinitely customizable, but you have to know the recipe.

You've come to the right place!

We would like to teach you how to cook up an exercise from scratch.

Forget the magazines. Ignore the blogs. Stop wasting time watching YouTube videos looking for inspiration.

Forget memorizing any exercise at all.

Resistance training is made up of a few basic elements. Once you understand each component you will recognize how to modify each one to create your own exercises, customized for your goals and your anatomy!

You're already familiar with the benefits of regular workouts. Now educate yourself to take your resistance training to the next level. Know that you are performing the right exercises the right way, tailored to your goals and your anatomy.

Curious? Here are the details:

We will meet at Tensegrity Fitness in a small group setting twice a week for four weeks.

In each hour long session you will learn at least one thing you can apply in your next workout. For example: in the first lesson you'll learn how to increase the resistance on a dumbbell chestpress without increasing the weight.

One month after the class ends we will reconvene to fine tune any issues that have come up after experimenting with your new workout.

Cost: $350 ($100 deposit, $250 due at start of first session)

The next class starts Tuesday July 11th and will run through Saturday August 5th. We will meet on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 11am. Our follow up session will take place on Saturday September 9th at 11am.
